I bought my Cap about a month ago and have worn it every night since. My hair is quite curly and mid length, I got a size Medium. I noticed as of day 1 that my hair feels softer in the morning and is MUCH easier to brush. I used to hate brushing my hair but it is much easier now.

I've been using the silk sleeping cap consistently each night for two weeks now, my hair is less frizzy, less tangles, looks shinier and my curls are staying defined and maintaining their pattern. I’ve been using this cap for a few weeks now & it’s so good for keeping my hair manageable. Brushing my hair in the mornings is way easier now. If I want my curls to last longer this cap helps hold the style for another day too, it’s also great to wear over braids to keep them in longer. Highly recommend!
